Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a solid knowledge of gymnastics skills.

- Strong spotting skills.
- Organized, energetic and communicative, with the ability to communicate well with students, parents and coworkers.
- Experience working with kids.
- Motivated, responsible, dependable, and a positive role model for children.
